Antenatal Classes in Auckland

With a focus on inclusivity, these are LGBTQIA+ friendly antenatal classes, where there is no "one right way" to build a whānau and be a parent.

We cover all options for labour and birthing, pain relief, assisted and surgical births. We also discuss all options for feeding babies, as well as a full session on parents' wellbeing after baby, and a comprehensive session on sleep and caring for babies.

Imperfect Parents' Groups
Weekly Parent Support in Auckland

Inclusive support groups for parents. The same group of approx 12 parents meets weekly for facilitated, semi-structured conversations exploring the wins and challenges of parenthood. Here you can connect with other parents, feel less isolated, and gain confidence. Ideally parents attend for two terms.

These groups meet fortnightly on Wednesday evenings, and provide a unique space for non-primary parents to connect. Facilitated, semi-structured conversations cut through the small talk and get to the real talk, helping parents find commonalities and community.

Nature Playgroups
Across Auckland

Unstructured, free-play groups, where parents can connect with each other while children explore. Nature Playgroups in Central Auckland. Waterview indoor/outdoor playgroup. Suitable for children from newborn to school age.

Our groups foster real connection, with space to share openly about both the challenges and joys of parenting. Morning groups are like a facilitated coffee group, evening groups offer unique spaces for non-primary parents, and our playgroups welcome children of all ages.
