We cover allâ options for labour and birthing, pain relief, assisted and surgical births. We also discuss all options for feeding babies, as well as a full session on parents' wellbeing after baby, and a comprehensive session on sleep and caring for babies.

Our groups foster real connection, with space to share openly about both the challenges and joys of parenting. Morning groups are like a facilitated coffee group, evening groups offer unique spaces for non-primary parents, and our playgroups welcome children of all ages.
